The STILL Method
Take back control, overcome anxiety and build confidence. Develop your resilience and improve low self-esteem
Empowering individuals to understand and manage anxiety. The STILL method provides a toolbox of resources, helping develop a step by step system to face life challenges. The structured programme supports the management of wellbeing and encourages the learning of self-regulatory techniques in an engaging way.

Who are we?
We are Juna (Jude and Nadia) are Still Method Trained Coaches. We unlock potential through neuroscience and positive psychology.
Tailored programs for children, teens, and adults ensure everyone finds their path to confidence. An easy to follow system to help reduce anxiety. It uses a step-by-step approach to understand and manage anxiety, improve low self-esteem and gain resilience. With programs of support created to help children and adults from aged 4+.
In addition to STILL Method training we offer a range of equality, diversity and inclusion courses (EDI) providing you with learning and guidance in the workplace.
